What is the Bear Crawl?


The Bear Crawl is a move that I love, and in this video I show you how to perform this functional exercise.  

Benefits of the Bear Crawl include:

  • It builds core strength.
  • It increases mobility.
  • It is a functional, and versatile exercise.
  • It improves coordination. 
  • It is a full body movement.
  • It is a body fat burner.

Do not move too fast, as the bear crawl is an advanced move.  Make sure you focus on slow and controlled form while easing into the crawl.
