I absolutely love pizza, and this low-carb/ diabetic friendly pizza hits the spot.
- 1 medium/ large squash (spiralized and / or chopped)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 3 tbsp eggwhites
- basil seasoning
- Tomato Basil Sauce
- Italian seasoning
- mozzarella cheese
- some form of already cooked protein (chicken, turkey sausage or bacon)
- Spiralize 1 medium/ large squash
- In Bowl, mix together squash + egg whites + cheese + basil seasoning
- Cook on stove and flip at low/ medium temperature until eggs are cooked
- Top with sauce + tomato seasoning + cheese + protein
