Low Carb Turkey Tacos

Taco Tuesday is one of my favorite days of the week. Don’t settle for throwing off your blood sugar and fitness goals by going out and binge eating on carb loaded tacos… instead, give this healthy taco recipe a whirl.


  1. Ground Turkey (1 lb and you should have plenty of leftovers)
  2. Lettuce Wraps
  3. Sour Cream 
  4. Salsa
  5. Avocado


  • Cook ground turkey in skillet on medium-high temperate
  • Use the lettuce wraps to act as your “tortilla”
  • Add in the extras such as sour cream, salsa, and avocado
  • Chow down and enjoy this low carb meal
