My go to, I Love this simple and effective breakfast

Ingredients:

  • Two eggs
  • 2-3 large handfuls of kale

Directions:

Eggs

  1. Cook eggs in skillet with coconut oil over medium/ low heat. 
  2. When cooked, season with crushed red pepper. 

Kale

  1. Cook kale in skillet with coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Season with crushed red pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb.
