Avocados Are Awesome
I love avocados. They are a great source of healthy fats, specifically monounsaturated fat, the kind that helps slow the release of sugars into our bloodstream. This in return prompts less insulin release. Avocados also contain beta-sisterol, a compound that helps get rid of inflammation after an intense workout.
A great way to eat them is alone, on a salad, with fresh veggies, or even on ezekiel toast. I will be posting different recipes that contain avocados, so mix this great food into your diet. Also, try and limit yourself to 1/4 of an avocado at a time to avoid calorie overload.
